The CH ILAM DIN CHOHAN WELFARE Foundation is a registered nonprofit entity under the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). Established to honor the legacy of CH Ilam Din Chohan, this foundation is an initiative of Mr. Talib Chohan, who founded the organization in memory of his beloved grandfather. Our foundation is dedicated to empowering communities through sustainable development programs that focus on education, entrepreneurship, and social welfare.
Since its inception, the foundation has been committed to uplifting marginalized groups, providing essential support to women, students, and small business owners. We believe in fostering a society where everyone has the opportunity to succeed, regardless of their background.
We believe in the power of women to change the world. Our empowerment programs offer education, vocational training, and leadership development to help women achieve financial independence and contribute to their communities.
Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are the backbone of our economy. We provide budding entrepreneurs with the tools, funding, and mentorship they need to start and grow their businesses, creating jobs and fostering economic stability.
Understanding the financial strain weddings can impose, we assist underprivileged families in celebrating their special day with dignity and joy, ensuring that no one is left behind due to financial constraints.
Education is a gateway to a better future. We distribute school uniforms and clothing to students in need, helping them attend school with pride and focus on their studies.
In the coming months, we will launch comprehensive skill development programs for youth, focusing on digital literacy, technical trades, and entrepreneurial skills. These programs will prepare young individuals to secure employment or start their own businesses, fostering self-reliance and innovation.
We are planning to establish health camps and wellness programs in underserved areas. These will provide free medical check-ups, essential medicines, and health education, aiming to improve overall community health.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we will introduce initiatives that support green entrepreneurship. This program will assist entrepreneurs in launching businesses that focus on environmental sustainability, offering them the resources needed to succeed in the green economy.
We aim to strengthen communities by supporting infrastructure projects, such as clean water access, sanitation, and renewable energy solutions. These projects will improve living conditions and promote sustainable development in rural and underserved areas.
